Two years after Odorite of Baltimore moved out of its longtime headquarters in Midtown-Belvedere, the building is going up for auction.
A.J. Billig & Co. will hold an on-site auction of the two-story building at 1111 Maryland Ave. on Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. Online bidding will start on Dec. 8 at 12 a.m.
Odorite, a cleaning products supply company, moved out of the building after owner Owen Lewis sold his business to Viking Chemical Co. in Westport in 2023 and the Odorite operation became part of Viking’s business…
