BALTIMORE, MD—A multi-agency human trafficking investigation led by the Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit has resulted in the recovery of two juvenile females and the arrests of two men on sex trafficking charges.
The accused are identified as Deion Taurence Philip, 32, of New York, and Antoine Miles, 57, of Maryland. Both men have been charged with sex trafficking of a minor and other related criminal offenses, in consultation with the Office of the State’s Attorney in Baltimore County.
Arrests Follow Ongoing Investigation
- September 2025: Investigators successfully located and rescued the female from a hotel in Towson, Maryland. She was ultimately identified as a critically missing juvenile.
- November 4, 2025: MSP and the U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Deion Philip at a residence in Hanover, Pennsylvania, without incident. During the arrest, police discovered and recovered a second missing juvenile female, who is also believed to be a victim of sex trafficking.
- November 6, 2025: Investigators tracked Antoine Miles to an airport in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was taken into police custody without incident.
Philip is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. Miles is awaiting extradition from Minnesota to Maryland…
