BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — Baltimore police are investigating a deadly double shooting Friday night that left a man dead and injured a woman.
Authorities said around 8:37 p.m. on Nov. 21, Central District officers were on patrol when they heard discharging coming from the 400 block of W. Saratoga Street.
