ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A 22-year-old from Baltimore was charged in Anne Arundel County after an automated license plate reader discovered him driving a stolen vehicle, according to police.
Around 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 25, a white 2021 Acura TLX tag, near Ritchie Highway and Americana Circle, was scanned by an automated license plate reader, alerting an officer that the vehicle was reported stolen.
