Man Arrested for Attempted Murder After Violent Weekend of Shootings in Baltimore

Baltimore police have arrested a 28-year-old man in connection with a shooting that injured another man during a violent weekend that left three people dead and at least seven others injured citywide.

Police say Sami Harron was taken into custody on Monday and charged with attempted first-degree murder following a shootings on Saturday, Nov. 22, in the 300 block of West Lombard Street. When officers located Harron, he was already suffering from injuries of his own. He was transported to a hospital for treatment before being booked into Central Booking on felony charges.

The arrest comes after one of the most violent weekends in recent months. According to police, three men were killed and multiple people were wounded across several incidents throughout the city. At least four of the victims were 26 years old or younger…
