Safe Streets opens new doors, but questions about transparency remain

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — City leaders, residents, and workers gathered Tuesday to celebrate the opening of a new Safe Streets site for the McElderry Park location after years of searching for a new building.

The location is on Pulaski Highway and is within the catchment zone for the McElderry Park Safe Streets site. It took time to find the right building, within the zone, and ready to move in, according to Adam Rosenberg, executive director of the LifeBridge Health Center for Hope, which operates the location.
