BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — In the midst of rush hour traffic, around 7 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a car crash in downtown Baltimore that quickly turned into a crime scene.
“It started off as an accident, and then they said there was a weapon on the ground,” police dispatchers said over the radio.
