BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting that took place in October.
Police say that Richard Holland Jr., 24, was taken into custody by detectives on Nov. 30, near East North Avenue and Maryland Avenue, for the shooting on Oct. 27.
