BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Police confirmed a 36-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault after partially biting off a man’s finger during a fight in Federal Hill.
Officers were called to the intersection of East Cross Street and Marshall Street regarding an ongoing fight reported by CitiWatch at approximately 1:15 a.m. on November 28th.
