UPDATES: Drug sale and robbery likely motives in Clear Spring triple murder case, court filings show

CLEAR SPRING- Three other individuals are charged at this time in relation to a triple murder and arson incident in Clear Spring in November. Four people have been charged at this time in that incident, including Darnell (aka Donnell) Hawkins, 47, of Baltimore; Tony Smith, 43, of Hagerstown; Maurice Mouzon, 46, of Baltimore; and Kierra White, 35, of Glen Burnie.

Smith would tell police that the group was planning on traveling to Hagerstown to commit a robbery of drug dealers. The occupants of the truck, they say, talked with an individual known as “Tone,” later identified as Tony Smith, about plans to rob three drug dealers that were from Baltimore but selling drugs in an alleyway in Hagerstown.
