OWINGS MILLS, Md. (WBFF) — A man is dead after a vehicle he was underneath fell on top of him Wednesday night, according to Baltimore County police.
Authorities said the incident happened on Dec. 3 around 8:15 p.m. on a driveway in the 200 block of Embleton Road in Owings Mills.
