BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the pictured individual in connection with a shooting from September.
On Sept. 28, around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to the 3100 block of Swann Drive for a report of a non-deadly shooting.
