A Baltimore man has pleaded guilty to carrying out a deadly armed robbery and kidnapping in Queens, New York. Marcus Pittman, also known by the street names “Nacho” and “Cheese,” admitted to fatally shooting a marijuana dealer during the July 2024 incident. The case was heard by United States District Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto. Pittman faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years and up to life in prison, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office.
