Baltimore City marks 7 years of Roca violence reduction strategy for male youth

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — City leaders in Baltimore gathered to honor the 7th year since the release of Roca, a program that aims to train young men to disrupt the cycle of violence.

Roca, which first started in Boston and launched in Baltimore seven years ago, is a nationally recognized group focused on reducing violence among individuals between the ages of 17 and 24.
