A ticket sold in Baltimore City has won $50,000 in the Maryland Lottery Holiday Raffle’s second Early Bird Drawing. The winning ticket, number 029641, was sold on November 10 at Moravia Shell on Moravia Road. The ticket was selected from 136,039 tickets sold by the time of the drawing, which took place on November 26, 2025. The winner has 182 days to claim the prize and is still eligible for the final drawing on January 2, 2026.
The Holiday Raffle began on November 3, 2025. Up to 325,000 tickets are available, each costing $20 at Maryland Lottery retailers. Tickets are numbered in the order they are sold. Early Bird winners from November 24 and November 26 are not eligible for the next Early Bird prize on December 22.
