MARYLAND (WBFF) — A Baltimore man was sentenced to 15 years in prison after being found guilty of a fatal hit-and-run with a stolen vehicle that took place in Carroll County, according to the State’s Attorney’s office for Carroll County.
Officials said on August 20, 2024, Darius Bond, 19, was driving a stolen vehicle and caused a crash with a motorcycle that took the life of motorist Terry Crowl.
