Father Carjacked at Gunpoint While Placing Child in Car Seat in Northwest Baltimore; Two Teen Suspects Arrested After Police Pursuit

Baltimore, Maryland — A father placing his child into a car seat in northwest Baltimore was carjacked at gunpoint, prompting a rapid police investigation and the eventual arrest of two teenage suspects. The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. on December 5 on the 2900 block of Terry Drive, according to the Baltimore Police Department (BPD).

Two Armed Suspects Confront Father and Steal Vehicle

Police say the 26-year-old father was loading his child into the back seat of his vehicle when two armed individuals approached him and demanded the keys. The suspects, later identified as teenage males, reportedly held the father at gunpoint during the confrontation.

According to BPD, the victim managed to pull his child from the vehicle just moments before the suspects drove away, preventing potential harm to the child but leaving the father without transportation.

Dispatch audio obtained by FOX45 News through Broadcastify revealed further details, including the father’s report that the suspects told him to remove his child immediately before they fled in his black 2025 Acura SUV, last seen heading toward the Fallstaff neighborhood.
