Fallston Walmart theft suspect identified, two others still sought

FALLSTON, MD—The Harford County Sheriff’s Office has issued a criminal summons for an Owings Mills woman in connection with a brazen, high-value theft from the Walmart on Fallston Boulevard last week. However, two additional suspects involved in the incident remain unidentified.

The theft occurred on Thursday, December 5, 2025, when Deputy Filarecki of the Northern Precinct responded to a report of shoplifting. According to the store’s loss prevention staff, three individuals—two women and one man—loaded carts with general merchandise before moving to the electronics section. They requested and had scanned two PlayStation 5 consoles and three Apple iPads. Immediately after the scanning process, the suspects allegedly grabbed the expensive electronics and fled the store without rendering payment. The total value of the stolen merchandise is estimated to be approximately $1,800.

The investigation received a significant boost from a good samaritan who witnessed the getaway. The individual captured video footage of the suspects leaving and, critically, secured the license plate number of their vehicle…
