The Baltimore County Police Department made an arrest Thursday in connection with 25 thefts from vehicles in Dundalk.
Michael Williams was arrested after the department directly linked him to the thefts that spanned from Oct. 8 to Dec. 11. In partnership with local residents, detectives reviewed residential surveillance footage that helped identify and locate Williams.
