Baltimore city faces scrutiny over excessive overtime spending

WBFF-FOX Baltimore — An inspector general’s report has raised concerns about how Baltimore city tracks overtime spending, revealing that a staffer at one of the city’s homeless shelters recorded 250 hours of overtime in a single month.
