Baltimore Fire crews were dispatched to the Inner Harbor on December 17 after a body was reported in the water, confirmed officials. The Baltimore City Fire Department (BCFD), mentioned by FOX45, had fire crews, including a dive team, on scene near Boston Street in an effort to respond to the tragic discovery.
Sources report that the body was found near the 1200 block of Dockside Circle. Details remain scarce, early responders and dive teams are currently at the scene, with additional information anticipated from either BCFD or the Baltimore Police Department. In the past, the harbor has been a site for similar grim findings, including a van with a body inside that was pulled from the water in July, which had been missing since 2014.
