Police arrested a man after they allegedly found him removing inventory from a stolen tractor trailer in Baltimore’s Morrell Park neighborhood on Monday.
Gary Hall, 46, was reportedly working with two other people to unload pallets of beverages from the tractor trailer into a U-Haul transit van around 7:20 p.m., according to court records.
