MARYLAND (WBFF) — With major call center concerns surfacing at Baltimore Gas and Electric, the Maryland Public Service Commission held a hearing Wednesday to investigate the issue.
Stephanie Bolton, the Director of the Consumer Affairs Division at the PSC said from July through the beginning of December, they have received over 600 complaints against BGE. Many of the complaints are related to excessive wait times, or frustration from customers who are unable to reach BGE customer service representatives to resolve critical issues like billing or turn off notices.
