BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Surveillance video captured the mass shooting that claimed the life of a woman and injured four men in east Baltimore on Monday night.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3400 block of Belair Road near Mayfield Avenue in the Bel-Air Edison community just before 11 p.m. on Dec. 15.
