Baltimore man who escaped police custody during alleged art school break-in found downtown

(WBFF) — Police arrested a man after he approached officers in downtown Baltimore and asked them to remove the handcuffs dangling from his left hand on Saturday.

Court records described how officers found the man, later identified as 32-year-old Joshuah Martin, in the 300 block of West Saratoga Street around 5:10 p.m. They noted that he had a cut to his right hand.

One of the officers realized that Martin matched the description of a suspect who had trespassed on school property earlier in the day, according to court records…
