As previously reported, Nasaiah Bryan, 20, of Baltimore, has been charged in connection with the killing of Oshay Khalil Smith, 31, the Baltimore Police Department announced.
The shooting happened around 1:11 p.m. in South Baltimore on Oct. 1, in the 4500 block of Maisel Court, where officers found Smith suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
