BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Police helped spread holiday cheer through their long-standing “Adopt a Family” initiative, which has been brightening the holidays for local families since 2003.
On Dec. 23, MTA Police officers, with the help of Santa and Mrs. Claus, delivered holiday meals, gifts, and essential items to families from The Historic Samuel Coleridge Taylor Elementary School in Baltimore City.
“For more than 20 years, our officers have made the holidays brighter for local families,” said Police Chief Jerome Howard. “It’s a proud tradition that reflects our commitment to supporting the communities we serve.”…
