Two Baltimore Police officers who were struck separately by vehicles this week were treated and released from area hospitals, a department spokesperson said Friday.
On Monday, a District Action Team detective was injured while pursuing a suspect in the 5600 block of York Road in North Baltimore. Police said the detective was unintentionally struck by a patrol vehicle at about 5:30 p.m. and taken to a hospital, where he was initially listed in stable condition.
