The barricade was reported in the unit block of Springhead Court in Cockeysville on Dec. 30, shortly after 8 a.m., according to Baltimore County Police.
Officials did not immediately release details about who was involved or whether any injuries had been reported. Police said the situation was ongoing as of Tuesday morning.
