Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating a shooting that left a 21-year-old man wounded early New Year’s Day after a handgun discharged inside a vehicle in Edgewood, authorities said.
Deputies assigned to the Southern Precinct were dispatched to a Baltimore-area hospital around 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1, after a walk-in victim reported he had been shot.
