Maryland State Police arrested Annapolis resident Kaila Crews, 29, following an alleged road rage incident involving a crowbar and a gun on US Route 50 in Anne Arundel County last month, authorities announced Friday, January 2.
Troopers said the incident happened on Wednesday, Dec. 18, when officers from the Maryland State Police Annapolis Barrack responded to the westbound lanes of US Route 50 near I-97 after a report of a road rage encounter.
