Baltimore apartment resident discovers car on cinder blocks, wheels missing

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Residents at Hamilton Springs Apartments in northeastern Baltimore said within the last two years, car break-ins have become more frequent.

Just this week, one victim woke up to her car on cinder blocks and the wheels missing.

“Well, just this year alone, my car has been broken into three times. Three times I’ve had windows busted. Each different window. Each time it was a different window and my car windows are tinted,” Hamilton Springs Apartments resident Crystal said. “And with this last incident, my wheels and my rims were taken and…my whole car was put on cinder blocks.”…
