MARYLAND (WBFF) — A report from the Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) revealed new details in the death of 16-year-old Kanaiyah Ward, while she was in foster care.
The DHS report found the staff members, who were responsible for watching Ward, were negligent in the circumstances leading to her death.
