Man shot after broad daylight altercation on Reisterstown Road in Baltimore
BALTIMORE, MD — A 46-year-old man was shot in the middle of the afternoon Thursday following an altercation along the busy 6600 block of Reisterstown Road, prompting a shooting investigation in Baltimore’s Northwest District.
