BALTIMORE (WBFF) — As Baltimore prepared to end 2025 marking historic low homicide numbers, the city’s top prosecutor prepared to end formal communications with the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement, cutting ties with various programs aimed at curbing the city’s violence.
