BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore City firefighters battled a rowhome fire in the Penn North neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon.
Smoke was showing from a two-story brick occupied rowhome on the 2400 block of Woodbrook Ave., according to Baltimore Fire Officers IAFF Local 964.
