BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Residents living near the 2800 block of North Avenue are grappling with an illegal dumpsite that has transformed their neighborhood into a hazardous zone.
The backyards of abandoned rowhouses have become junkyards filled with mountains of tires, broken furniture, and construction debris.
