Several downtown Baltimore buildings, including government offices and a courthouse, have closed Friday after losing heat.
Baltimore City Hall; the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, which houses various city services; and the Cummings Courthouse are among the impacted buildings that closed as of 1:30 p.m. Friday.
