BALTIMORE, MD—Mayor Brandon M. Scott has officially announced the headlining acts for Artscape 2026, revealing that the Grammy Award-winning band The Roots and legendary singer Stephanie Mills will take the mainstage this spring.
The nation’s largest free arts festival is set to return to downtown Baltimore during Memorial Day weekend, May 23–24, 2026. The Roots are scheduled to perform on Saturday, May 23, followed by Stephanie Mills on Sunday, May 24.
