Firefighters carried out a complex, high-risk heavy rescue operation after a violent early-morning crash on I-95 left a man dead and three others trapped inside a garbage truck.
Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services crews were dispatched to the southbound lanes on I-95 earlier this week after a refuse truck slammed into a parked tractor-trailer near Route 100 in Elkridge.
