A RETIRED Air Force veteran says his rent bill turned into a maze of bogus charges, including pet fees for a cat that wasn’t even his.

A Baltimore judge has slammed a landlord and property manager for piling “junk fees” onto the tenant’s rent.

She ordered them to pay more than $250,000 in damages in a blistering rebuke of what she called corporate bullying.
