Annapolis Police arrested a man after officers responded to a report of an armed person near the intersection of Calvert Street and West Street late Friday morning.
Police said officers were called to the area at about 10:46 a.m. on January 23 after a caller reported a subject waving a weapon at a victim. According to police, the victim told officers he was walking past the man when the suspect made alarming remarks and then produced a weapon.
