Members of the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team have arrested a suspect in connection to a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred on Jan. 27.
At approximately 7:35 a.m., Precinct 12 officers responded to the scene of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
