Baltimore police had to subdue a suspect with pepper spray after he allegedly said they would “have to kill him” following a skirmish at a popular bar on Belair Road, according to court records.
The charging documents for Aaron Mills, 42, describe how officers responded to a report of gunfire in the 6000 block of Belair Road on Dec. 28. They were initially informed that someone had been shot at and grazed by a bullet.
A female officer was the first to arrive at the site of the gunfire. She described in the charging documents how a woman ran over before she could exit the patrol car and shouted in fear, “He got a gun,” and “He just shot at me.”…
