Court documents: Baltimore woman arrested following police pursuit had shoplifting record

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore woman on probation for shoplifting who fled from police in a car with an unregistered license plate that contained suspected stolen merchandise allegedly created the circumstances that injured an officer on Friday.

Charging documents show that Bose Kazadi, 30, was driving through east Baltimore in a black Honda Crosstour with tinted windows, no taillights, no license plate lights, and no license plate on the front of it when she caught the attention of a detective who was patrolling the area.
