A Baltimore man who made bomb threats targeting the Washington County Circuit Court has been arrested, authorities announced on Wednesday.
Jamil Nicholas Gardner, 32, is facing charges following a swift investigation into threats targeting the court and a sitting Circuit Court judge, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
