Baltimore, Maryland – Roads across central and northeastern Maryland could rapidly turn snow-covered late Sunday afternoon as rain flips to heavy snow between 3 and 6 p.m., setting up a difficult Monday morning commute.
According to the National Weather Service in Baltimore/Washington, a Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 3 p.m. Sunday until 10 a.m. Monday for Carroll, Baltimore, Cecil, Anne Arundel, Harford, Howard, Calvert and St. Mary’s counties.
