After multiple delays, discussions of a potential guilty plea and a denied postponement last week, the case of an 18-year-old attempted murder defendant was dismissed on Feb. 24 after the prosecution couldn’t locate the victim.
Kyree Brannon, 18, was previously charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and four firearm violations in connection to a non-fatal shooting incident that occurred on the 5800 block of Northwood Drive.
