A Maryland senior living facility employee has been accused of donning a wig and mask to disguise his identity before shooting a wealthy resident in the head.
Maurquise Emillo James, of Baltimore, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the Valentine’s Day shooting of philanthropist Robert Fuller Jr., according to a statement from the Montgomery County Department of Police.
Fuller was found at approximately 7:34 a.m. after emergency responders received a report that a resident at the Cogir Potomac Senior Living facility had coded, per charging documents obtained by Oxygen.com. They arrived to find Fuller unresponsive and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
