YORK, Pa. — A Baltimore woman is facing multiple charges related to an alleged vehicle chase with State Police on Interstate 83 South in York County last month.
Francsola Devon Rice, 39, allegedly led troopers on a chase that reached speeds of over 100mph and covered roughly six miles on February 28, State Police claim in charging documents.
The chase began at 5:20 p.m. when a trooper spotted a black Audi sedan traveling at a high rate of speed in the left lane of I-83 South near mile marker 15.7 in York Township.
